Home protocol before the clinic

In-office treatments are optional. A plan should tell you when they are not the first move.

The expensive mistake after 40 is not caring. It is paying for a device, a peel, or a package before anyone has said what the photographs actually show.

A home protocol is not anti-clinic. It is a filter. If sleep, protein, SPF, and two strength sessions have not been tried, a laser is answering the wrong question.

When in-office options do matter, they should be named without a referral fee. Luena can say “skip this” and still be paid the same. That is the point of an independent brief.

Luena protocols are educational and cosmetic. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a medical device. Specialists advise the method. They do not diagnose members or review individual medical cases. Individual results vary. For medical questions, see a qualified clinician.
